There are NO poor people managing a resource which they have no idea what it feels like to live without. It is a fallacy to believe defunding any programs that obstruct the monopoly of this resource is beneficial to society. Society is only as healthy as its most unhealthy.

The real question that you need to ask yourself: do you consider poor ppl or rich ppl to be the problem in society? Money is a limited resource hoarded by the very few. These few also hold the power to enact policies that limit the availability of this resource.
