The sooner you start putting more effort into what is right for you instead of what society has told you to do, the sooner you'll start living a life by design instead of receiving a life by default.
When life is forcing you to grow, it's more tempting than ever to stick to what you already know. You avoid risks, you repeat behaviors, and you cling to parts of yourself that you know aren't even worth holding on to—all because you're uncertain of what to do next. The key here is to let go of control and just let things unfold, while remaining open to discovery. You don't have to have all the answers, but you do have to break old patterns for those answers to come. In other words, resist regression through repetition—embrace creativity through not knowing.
Sometimes you think to yourself “I need a change in my life”. Then you go to your local supermarket and they’ve swapped everything around and you realise things were just fine as they were.
Ways to say “I have no idea what you just said”

Leave it with me

Okay great

Is that so?
Blimey
So funny!
Absolutely
Can you put it in an email?
Yeah?
Definitely something to think about
We'll see
*Just smile and nod*
Your life gets better the moment you realize:
1) no emotion is permanent.
2) everything can be a learning experience.
3) your reality is a result of your thinking.
4) your trajectory is determined by how well you recover from rejection.
5) your life is your responsibility.
Your honesty can turn friends into enemies and enemies into friends. The beauty of honesty is that it helps to cleanse your life of those with bullshit energy—and replace them with people who are truly meant to be.
