Το βασικό αδίκημα που πιθανός εξετάζεται είναι η ψευδής αναφορά σε αρχή. Όποιος, όταν αναφέρεται σε αρχή, εκθέτει εν γνώσει του ψέματα ή αποκρύπτει την αλήθεια δίνατε να τιμωρηθεί ακόμα και με φυλάκιση.

Προϋποθέσεις:
• Η δήλωση να έγινε εν γνώσει του ότι είναι αναληθής.
• Να απευθύνεται σε αρμόδια δημόσια αρχή (εδώ η Γενική Γραμματεία Ιθαγένειας).
• Να υπάρχει πρόθεση παραπλάνησης για να επιταχυνθεί διοικητική διαδικασία.

Εάν προκύπτουν ποινικές ευθύνες, η βούληση του φερόμενου/κατηγορούμενου θα αποφασιστεί απο το δικαστήριο και το 'δεν γνώριζα τον νόμο/κανόνες/διαδικασίες ' μάλλον δεν είναι πειστικό επιχείρημα. Real funny how commies will cite a footnote from Marx in objecting that this or that communist country was 'not real communism' but want to credit communism for China's economic development.

Examples include: Not real communism, because...

1. Workers did not directly control the means of production

2. Distribution was not according to need

3. Power hierarchies were not abolished

4. Still some degree of private ownership/exploitation

5. Workers alienated from their species being

6. No democratic control of the economy

But, China is a communist success. Go figure...

Agree or not, what has this to do with Nazism? Qualified voting rights are part of liberalism's intellectual history both on the grounds of mental competence (e.g. J.S. Mill) and tax contribution status (e.g. John Locke).

The justification for the later is that voting is a method for deciding how tax money is spent whilst establishing the consent of those taxed. Those who don't pay tax and/or are dependent on tax funded benefits (including public employees) do not have the right to decide how much others are taxed and how much others should spent to benefit them. You can call that institutionalised theft.

Of course, when you are a socialist you live in a mental universe where there are only two types of people: those who share your socialist values and fascists

Πως είναι δυνατόν ο #olympiacosbc να ξεκινήσει τις εργασίες ανακατασκευής της κεντρικής σάλας τον ερχόμενο Ιούνη (σκάψιμο, νέες κερκίδες κτλ.) τη στιγμή που με βάση τον διαγωνισμό για ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση με κρατικά κονδύλια αυτές οι εργασίες θα κρατήσουν ένα χρόνο και πριν ολοκληρωθούν το γήπεδο δεν θα περάσει στον Ολυμπιακό;
