@Hermesparcels are the WORST delivery company! I have several parcels that haven’t turned up and the people on the phone just lie to get you off the phone. Drivers also lie to try and hide their incompetence 😡

@greateranglia sat on train at Brentwood station not going anywhere - driver making announcements but can’t barely hear a word he’s saying. Apparently the doors were open for 30 seconds for people travelling to shenfield to get off but not everyone heard!!!!
