What a fantastic first week in K1/K2. Thanks to all in the @StGeorgeOCSB community for the warm welcome. So many amazing moments but my highlight has to be all of our kinder friends showing such patience and kindness in sharing the ice slide. Can’t wait for next week!
@ONTSpecialNeeds I am an educator who is LD. I think one of the issues in our education system is that we need more people with LDs and ADHD entering the system in leadership roles such as teaching. Raising awareness is partly about educating people and partly about having seats at the table.
Thanks to @NatGalleryCan for coming in to talk to us today about some of the different works on display at the gallery. We shared what these works made us feel. We talked about how art allows different people to experience different emotions. 👩🏽🎨👨🏻🎨 #ocdsb#ArtTalks
