@FreeStyleDiabet Well that was pointless. I called customer care asking to replace the libre 3 with libre 2 and was told no. Then put on hold to check something, and then hung up on. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars in sensors I don't want to use becouse the low glucose alarm disrups the office

Don't change to the libre 3 if you have an android phone you can't adjust the alarm tone like you could with the libre 2. You get blaring loud alerts. This is absolutely garbage.

@FreeStyleDiabet Calling the help line did nothing. I nearly shit my pants today when my low glucose alarm went off at full volume. They told me it was defective sensor . I put a new one on. Same problem. I want all these #libre3 replaced with #libre2 when they are gone im switching to #dexcom

@FreeStyleDiabet Which they told me it was a Sensor malfunction. Put a new sensor on and the problem persists.
