Earlier today, I joined His Excellency Governor @RealAARahman AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (CON), State APC Chairman Prince Sunday Fagbemi, @realsafagbemi my fellow APC candidates, as well as leaders, chieftains and members of our party for the inauguration of the President @officialABAT Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) Door-to-Door @PBATDoor2Door Movement in Kwara.

The group, which is led nationally by High Chief Government Ekpemupolo (aka Tompolo), aims to complement efforts of the APC structure in mobilising support for the re-election of President Tinubu across the country. I participated actively in its inauguration proceedings at the Adewole Baseball Park Ilorin as part of my commitment to party, collaborative efforts, and grassroots engagement.

Similarly, I graced the 2026 Kwara Youth Progressive Conference organised by the Kwara Progressive Media Organisation (KPMO). The platform gave me the opportunity to again touch base with a critical segment of our party, which included young people, media supporters and influencers. I thanked them for the good job they are doing, their dedication to APC, and fervent promotion of the administration, while also charging them to stay the course and continue to mobilise support for APC and all our candidates across the board.

Measured against the records of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in youth inclusion and gender parity, I specifically mentioned that the future of Kwara, especially of the youth and women, is better secured under the APC. I urged young people to consider the 2027 ballot as their personal project by voting for all APC candidates.

Quality investments have been made and are being made to our basic school structures, roads, healthcare facilities, sporting centres across local government areas and wards after years of abandon. Let's build on it, not go back to those dreadful years.

Kwara State Government on Wednesday has announced heightened operations by combined security forces in border towns in Kogi and Kwara, where kidnappers are believed to have hibernated.

The state urged residents of the state, especially people around Ekiti, Ifelodun, Isin, Oke Ero, and Irepodun LGAs, to be vigilant and restrict outdoor activities as much as possible in the interim.
