My Freecharge UPI is blocked and my ₹5,000 UPI Lite balance is stuck. Freecharge says the bank will refund and PNB says Freecharge will refund. No one is taking responsibility.
This is serious negligence.
I need my refund immediately. 😠

This negligence is unacceptable.
