@OpenreachHelp 2/2. Turns out when the neighbours got their wifi installed, the engineer just cut off our cable & connected them. Then to fix our problem, another engineer cut off their cable to connect us, and so on. How is this even possible?

@OpenreachHelp 1/2. Hi could you maybe train your engineers properly? My neighbours got wifi installed, so ours stopped working, then ours got fixed 2 weeks later, then it stopped working again as soon as the neighbours’s wifi got fixed.
