hi twitter friends! please vote for team cutting edge's sxsw panel proposal "designing interactive cuts for VR" @ SXSW PanelPicker®. we appreciate all the support we can get!! https://t.co/7tICLyai1M
reaper is much, much, much better than audition. v powerful w/r/t automation of stems both pre and post fx and has a UI that balances simplicity with ease of use in a way that other daws lack imo.

Every year, more and more CMU art students independently adopt @Adobe alternatives. I'm personally switching to Affinity and DaVinci. Hopefully soon we'll be able to drop CC as default toolset in our school and stop training lifetime renters.
and finally, our experiments with montage editing and hard "quick cuts" in VR proved really valuable to us for the rest of the project. find out what happened when we brought hard jump cuts to VR here: https://t.co/b1eIvOzGQo

we were really happy with our experimentation with match cuts (or rather, match on action and object cuts) for our final product!! see how we got them to work in VR here:

Daniel Birnbaum was a curator at the top of his game, working with some of the art world's most prestigious institutions. So why did he leave all that behind to work with VR, a technology still in its infancy? https://t.co/eJKM4tPEXX
it's crunch time for team @aaaandcut!!!! here's the highpoly untextured vs in-game lowpoly semi-textured (i haven't touched the clothes yet). big difference??
hi twitter friends, we here at team cutting edge have cooked up a brief trailer to explain what exactly we've been doing these last couple months

we're trying out a few other kinds of transitions with this interaction, which people will be able to play around with with our final set of technical tools (this one's a wipe!!)
and while we're at it, here's a brief plug of our halves presentation, which covers most of our progress this semester thus far: https://t.co/wIkJb5PP7e
hello twitter! we here on team cutting edge are going to try this new thing called a SocialMediaPresence™ and show some of our current progress on our project, a 3-5 minute interactive, animated experience for VR that explores the use of transitions in VR
