Remove resentment and grudges. Abandon estrangement and cutting ties.

Live together with love and kindness.

Do not treat enemies the way you treat loved ones.

Show gentleness, compassion, and cooperation.

Purify your hearts and be sincere in your advice to others.

Do not ruin the beauty of Eid with avoidance, boycotting, or turning away from one another.

Do not abandon greetings or delay reconciliation.

What kind of Eid is it when a person meets his brother but turns away from him, does not greet him, shake his hand, smile at him, or show him kindness?

Sheikh Shuraim's first khatm as Imam. He was filled with emotion as he started the Salah🥺❤️

May Allah reward him with the best of rewards for his efforts throughout the years. May Allah forgive those who have passed away in this clip.

Behind Sheikh Shuraim, to name a few, are Sheikh Subayil (Rahimahullah), Sheikh Sudais, Sheikh Humaid and Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Wahhab Al-Sheikh, the man standing to our right, closest to the pillar. You would recognise this Sheikh as he prayed in the first row for many years and was later often seen praying in a wheelchair as time passed. Ameeen 🤲🏽

Nobody talks about the longevity of Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Sudais. We all grew up listening to Sudais and many people memorized the Qur’an through his recitation. After over 40 years as Imam of Masjid Al Haram, he is still going till today. At an age where many voices begin to fade, Sheikh Sudais recitation still carries a rare brilliance. Time has neither touched his voice nor the soul within his tilawah.
A truly unique individual, May he continue to live long.
