The Marines just brought their new missile defense system to Guam. It's based on Israel's Iron Dome, and it's designed to shoot down cruise missiles and drones.

@GovRonDeSantis why are we allowing @Walmart in Jacksonville Florida to blast Muslim music over the loud speaker for shoppers?
This guy is pissed, and I don’t blame him. We are coming up on July 4th, and this is what we are doing in the US.
Snakes will pretty much have the same temperature as their surroundings. They are polykilothermic which means they derive body heat from external sources. I have to call BS.
This is:
FBI Director Kash Patel: “What they didn’t count on was Trump winning.”
The FBI confirms that it is sitting on nearly two million pages of “burn bag” records, deliberately hidden in a secret room, from Barack Obama and Joe Biden related to Russiagate, Jack Smith, and lawfare—aimed at taking down the United States government, including the overthrow during the 2020 election.
And all hell is about to break loose.
People keep talking about "peace in the Middle East" as if nobody ever tried it.
Here's a forgotten fact:
Israel and Lebanon already made peace.
In 1983, Israel and Lebanon signed the May 17 Agreement. Israel agreed to withdraw. Lebanon agreed to prevent terrorists from using its territory to attack Israel. For a brief moment, a different future seemed possible.
Then the Assad regime, Palestinian rejectionist groups, and Iran's newest proxy, Hezbollah, moved to destroy it.
The agreement collapsed.
And Lebanon paid the price.
For decades, under UNIFIL, Hezbollah transformed southern Lebanon from one of the most beautiful parts of the Middle East into a forward operating base for Iran. Weapons were hidden in villages. Rocket launchers were embedded among civilians. Entire communities became human shields for a war Lebanon never asked for.
The victims were not only Israelis.
The victims were also the Christians, Druze, and moderate Muslims of Lebanon.
People forget that Israel's closest allies in southern Lebanon were largely Christians and members of the South Lebanon Army. They fought side by side against the same forces that would later drag Lebanon into repeated wars.
People also forget that when the Assad regime collapsed in Syria, many Druze and Christian voices openly expressed trust in Israel and fear of the jihadists surrounding them. Some even called for Israeli control over them or at least Israeli protection rather than being left at the mercy of extremists.
Why?
Because they know who protected minorities in the region and who massacres them.
Meanwhile, the international community spent nearly two decades pretending that UN Security Council Resolution 1701 was being implemented.
Resolution 1701 required Hezbollah to be disarmed south of the Litani River. It required southern Lebanon to be free of armed militias. It required the Lebanese state to control its own territory.
None of that happened.
Instead, Hezbollah built an army larger than most NATO countries, amassed an arsenal estimated at over 100,000 rockets, dug tunnels, fortified villages, and openly prepared for an October 7-style invasion of northern Israel. All under UNIFIL, which was tasked with enforcing the 1701 Resolution.
Then came the consequences.
More than 8,000 rockets and drones were launched from Lebanon into Israel, since October 8. Tens of thousands of Israelis were displaced from their homes. Forests, farms, and nature reserves across the Galilee burned. Thousands of acres were destroyed.
The obstacle to peace between Israel and Lebanon was never the Lebanese people.
The obstacle was always the Iran-Syria-Hezbollah axis.
And now Western policymakers are making the same mistake again.
They talk as if Hezbollah is just another political faction that can be accommodated.
They imagine that if Israel simply makes enough concessions, stability will follow.
It won't.
In its 1985 founding manifesto, Hezbollah declared that Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon would be merely a "prelude to its final obliteration from existence“.
When an organization tells you its goals, it is often wise to believe it.
That is why proposals requiring additional Israeli withdrawals or security concessions in exchange for promises from Iran, Hezbollah, or their political allies should be viewed with extreme skepticism.
The last major withdrawal did not moderate Hezbollah or end the conflict.
It gave Iran time, territory, and opportunity to build a terror army on Israel's border.
The lesson is that the conflict continues until Hezbollah is gone.
Replacing a Shiite terrorist empire with a new wave of Sunni Islamist militias would also not solve the problem. It would simply exchange one form of extremism for another.
Lebanon made peace with Israel once before.
It wasn't Israel that destroyed it.
It was the forces that profit from permanent war.
And until those forces are gone, every new "peace plan" is just a different route back to the same disaster.
BREAKING: Hezbollah supporters have blocked Beirut’s central Salim Salam Road in protest after the Lebanese government signed a framework agreement with Israel that includes the disarmament of Hezbollah.
The agreement is already triggering unrest on the streets.
Sending my condolences to France and the UK. You repeatedly condemned the IDF operations in southern Lebanon, only to find out tonight that Lebanon actually supports it to dismantle Hezbollah.
May you be spared further sorrow.
