Loyal customer since 2022. Ordered H&M Slim Fit Easy-iron Shirt (Order ID: 133687579463999891901) on 25 Jul with promised delivery 29 Jul. Now showing “Delivery Delayed” – expected only on 1 Aug. Earlier order on 17 Jul was also delayed & cancelled. Had an important event this week & wanted to wear this shirt – couldn’t. App chats = only bots. No real response. Extremely frustrated with pathetic service. Either compensate ₹10,000 or I will file complaint with National Consumer Forum + take legal action. Fix this immediately!@myntra @MyntraSupport
