@help_delhivery I had a return request initiated on 5th August. The delivery person called me in the evening. I told him I was out and will be available in 20 mins. He then asked me to bring the parcel a little further away from the building. I told him to collect it later.

There should be some kind of notice put up in these bogies to remind these unruly passengers that the seats on the bogie is not reserved for anyone irrespective of how frequently they travel if they have a valid pass. Some of these people also play cards with money on stake.

@GM_CRly Hello Sir, I have a complaint about unruly commuters in the MST bogies on the Mumbai - Pune SF trains specifically Indrayani and Intercity. There are people who hold the monthly pass and travel daily who think the seat they travel is reserved in their name.

Please look into this as it is such an inconvenience for new pass holders or those who don't travel frequently. These daily travellers think they are superior to other pass holders just because they take the train daily.

She didn't give up the seat even though she was pressured into that. The male passengers couldn't do much about her. I too was seated in the same compartment and was repeatedly asked to get up and give the seat to a person who travels daily on that seat.

They don't allow any new person who also holds the MST pass to sit on their seats. They even keep the seats for their group of people who will board in the next stations. Today on the Indrayani train they all ganged up to ask a female passenger to vacate the seat she was sitting
