@juliaisobela Eating-wise I pretend am and pm are the other way around, so I'll have 'breakfast' at 6pm or so, 'lunch' at 1am etc.

Difficult to manage on so many levels.
My mum died from this condition and I was very grateful that she had the support of palliative care at home, in hospital and eventually the hospice.
Some things I’ve learned 👇
@drcasuallycruel I made sure I had an 'evening' when I got back from work; got cosy, had a hot chocolate and some toast (I eat my meals backwards on nights), played some animal crossing. Went to bed at about 11-11.30am
@anna_lindqvist@wrongsomehow I was in the nosebleeds N1 and I remember thinking there were way more people on one side than the other. A mess up somewhere?
