Hi @AxisBankSupport, While making payment with Axis UPI app the transaction failed. This happened in 2 different websites. Both initiated refund but amount not yet credited to my account. Need your support on this. @AxisBank @axis

@AxisBankSupport @AxisBank Guys I’m using Bhim Axis pay app for UPI transactions. For the past 1-2 months it’s not working properly (like payment success only 1 out of 5 times) but now it has become norm. Look into this as this cause embarrassment at stores when I can’t pay.
