Continuing its efforts towards environmental sustainability, the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), in collaboration with the Urban Forest Division Jammu, carried out a major plantation drive near BSF Paloura under the ongoing “Clean Jammu, Green Jammu” campaign.

JMC Commissioner Dr. Devansh Yadav (IAS) led the initiative by planting Gulmohar saplings along the canal bank. The event drew enthusiastic participation from local residents, volunteers, senior citizens, former councillors, and cleanliness champions, many of whom adopted saplings and pledged to nurture them.
