💔 Another young doctor lost.
Dr. Raj Nilesh Yadav, 31, an Anaesthesia resident at AIIMS Jodhpur, was found dead during duty. Police are investigating the death as a suspected suicide.
Allegations of repeated 36-hour shifts without adequate rest raise serious questions about the working conditions of resident doctors.
Doctors are humans, not machines. 36-hour continuous duties cannot be normalised.

Every Doctor in the country should listen to this conversation between a doctor at AIIMS Jodhpur in front of Director and HODs where an Anaesthesia doctor lost his life due to Suicide.
We are receiving numerous requests from PG residents across J&K over the stipend disparity
Same course Same workload Same responsibility Why different stipends ?
We urge Hon’ble @sakinaitoo Ji to intervene and ensure PG stipend parity in J&K
@OmarAbdullah
Participated in the protest by medical students at GMC Srinagar. When the cost of everything has risen, why should the stipend of our young doctors remain stagnant? Their hard work, dignity and future deserve recognition.
FMG interns in Rajasthan are still being denied their rightful stipend despite clear NMC guidelines on stipend parity with Indian Medical Graduates.
These doctors are working in hospitals, serving patients and completing mandatory internship, yet they are being asked to work without pay.
How is this justified?
We demand immediate intervention from the Rajasthan Government and @NMC_BHARAT to ensure payment of stipend for FMGS in every state and release of all pending arrears to FMG interns.

@official_aimsa extends its full support to the intern doctors of Jammu & Kashmir in their demand for a just and reasonable stipend.
Intern doctors shoulder immense clinical responsibilities, work long and demanding hours, and play a vital role in patient care. Their contribution deserves fair recognition.
We urge the Government of Jammu & Kashmir to increase the monthly internship stipend to ₹30,000. Fair compensation is an investment in the future of healthcare.
A dignified stipend is a necessity, not a luxury. @JPNadda@PMOIndia@MoHFW_INDIA@ANI@PTI_News@ians_india@OfficeOfLGJandK@drsfaizanahmad@aimsa_fmsw@DrMohammadMomin@sachinyadav___1@apurva_999@DrJsinghRajawat

Stood in solidarity with medical interns at GMC Srinagar today. J&Ks interns get a pittance of a stipend & the lowest in all of India. How are they expected to make ends meet with a mere 12K? Request @CM_JnK to immediately take cognisance of this long standing demand
