@DCRjournal Yes almost always, use a modified lotus petal fasciocutaneous flap by plastic surgeon. Minimal donor site morbidity, rarely get flap complications, can do bilateral if more volume required, doesn’t take particularly long to perform.

They’d have us stop operating, calling everyone together, holdinghands, repeating our names and our roles….

@goldstone_tony Thank you Tony. These aren’t ‘mistakes’, any actuary who passed A-level economics understands the principle of opportunity cost when comparing financial options. It’s an intentional attempt at deceit. They also do not count the personal cost or benefit of working another year.

@trentconsultant They weren’t supposed to treat COVID patients, but treat cancer and day case surgery in COVId clear sites, with nhs hospitals with A&Es & ITU doing the COVId work. And yes, due to space restrictions and anaesthesia and theatre PPE they did less than the year prior. Did 👍!
