We do not exercise dominion over other human beings, our dominion is over the earth. As Christians we must know who we are in Christ and function in the authority He has given us. We must understand the scope of our authority and progress with vigilance as God’s Spirit leads us.

The Word of God is powerful against these states of being that give disease an entry point and ‘reason’. Energized by pure compassion, a single word of authoritative command can alter the state of being and simultaneously obliterate the disease. Sometimes contact is necessary.

Medical science has made a lot of progress with technology. However, one great catalyst of the spread and ‘dominance’ of disease is fear, especially when described as incurable. Unfortunately , this is when most will turn to God in prayer, but not in faith, in fear! Sad.

Jesus showed a deep understanding of the illegitimacy of disease and with authority cut it off from the root with a word and a touch. Incurable diseases can be linked to certain states of being; bitterness, jealousy, grief, stress, anxiety, trauma and fear.

This faith must also be applied in seeking the supernatural. Faith in those who preach healing, the efficacy of prayers, the accurate diagnosis of the ailment and the witness of cured seekers within the community.
