My bet today is that the winning experience will feel less like a conversation and more like being understood. Fewer turns, efficient memory, faster outcomes. (4/4)
Most AI led chat experiences in commerce and services follow the same pattern. The agent asks a question. You answer. It asks another. You answer again. Every turn adds latency, cost and every turn gives the model one more chance to drift. (1/4)
So what will consumer AI actually look like?
Is it voice plus GUI, where you speak your intent and see a screen you can tap to confirm?
Or is it an ultra optimised CUI, where memory and context shrink every conversation down to one or two turns? (3/4)
@SomangshuG Opus 5, Sonnet 5, and Haiku 4.5 are now live with in-country inference in India through Amazon Bedrock. Great to see this step, I believe the others will follow. 2-3 secs tailwind on latency goes a long-way in an already long multi-step CUI.
