2 months. That's how long @NivaBupa looped us in circles over my wife's claim (Case ID 27297270) -rejected on grounds that didn't even hold up: disclosure issues that were actually a gap in their own portability process, and PED/waiting-period math that ignored her continuous coverage since 2020. Endless calls, no written clarity, just being passed around.
We finally got a resolution - but it shouldn't take this much pushing to get an insurer to honour a valid claim.
Still, we're choosing to trust the process: we've taken Reassure 3.0, their top plan, for 5 years straight till 2030. Hoping the next claim doesn't need 2 months of follow-up.

Participated in the celebrations marking Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji’s birthday today.

Also had the opportunity to once again meet Juan Carlos Losada, Colombian Member of Parliament, whom I had first met during the Operation Sindoor delegation.

I still remember him introducing himself first as a devotee of Gurudev and only then as a parliamentarian.

Today, the Art of Living has volunteers and devotees across countries and cultures, taking India’s message of yoga, spirituality and service to the world.
