IS THIS THE DELHI POLICE OR A PRIVATE GOON SQUAD OF AMIT SHAH?
A peaceful protester opposing the Siang Dam project alleges that Delhi Police personnel lifted his shirt, pinched his private parts and subjected him to brutal treatment while detaining him outside Arunachal Bhawan.
If these allegations are true, this is not merely police high-handedness; it is an outrageous assault on human dignity, bodily autonomy and the fundamental right to peaceful political expression.
The Delhi Police is supposed to serve and protect citizens, not intimidate, humiliate and sexually assault people exercising their democratic rights.
Under Amit Shah's Home Ministry, the police increasingly appear more interested in crushing dissent than protecting the public. Whether it is students, activists, journalists or ordinary citizens, anyone questioning the government's policies risks being treated like an enemy of the state.
A peaceful protest is not a crime. Questioning the government is not sedition. And a police uniform is not a licence to commit atrocities.
Amit Shah must answer. The Delhi Police must be held accountable. The officers responsible, if the allegations are substantiated, must face criminal prosecution.
SHAMEFUL. DEEPLY SHAMEFUL!
All opposition ruling states should take a pledge to ban this unregistered organization tax free till the time they register state wise ...with the total number of recruits ..shakas and audits jai hind 🇮🇳🙏
Hello @ceo_karnataka@CEOBihar. Explain this. A BJP member and his wife still has two EPIC IDs. One each in Bihar and one each in Karnataka. Their names are still present even after Final SIR roll.
I'd flagged by tagging you last year. But it's still there.
@angshuman786 Just wanna know … why does a minister ( hope she is now ) need to be on the street to do the job? Thought there are various departments build to do so …
