@airtransat phone support charged us $300 for the cancellation. You can't punish us for your system error. We want our money back. We are not insane to book the same ticket twice within an hour of each other when first one failed.

@airtransat we booked flight for my mother on 02 March and the booking page threw an error but card was charged. We booked again assuming it is a temporary charge. Today we found out there are two booking with email for only one. Refund for one ticket.
