My name is Samanpreet Kaur and currently I am living in India. My husband went to USA in 2022 on asylum case . He is a fake asylee as he has no life threat here in his home country. And now he has married or is intending to marry someone or is having a live-in relationship, on which circumstances i don't know, but he is still married to me legally. He went there illegaly just to earn money as well citizenship. We have 6 and half year old daughter named Guntass kaur and he didn't think twice before abandoning both of us.

As for me not reporting him before was because on the day of his flight I got to know that he is going illegally to USA. I was devastated because my father-in-law and husband kept me in dark. My father threatened me that if I dared to stop him, either he himself or my husband, will commit suicide. For family's sake I didn't stop him. They both promised me that either legally or illegally they will help me reach my husband. I was against going illegally but he had tried two times before to reach USA along with me and our daughter via Nepal for first try and on second via Dar-es-salaam,Africa.
I want him deported back to his home country as soon as possible.
As for him marrying another lady there ,I don't know myself but he told my father-in-law on 13 December 2024 on wattsapp call who then told me. He told my father-in-law himself that he married for green card but i don't know for sure whether he was lying or speaking truth.
I can give proof of his fake asylum whenever i am asked. I have sent emails to USCIS, US embassy at mumbai and Hyderabad as well sent ICE tip forms. I want justice for me and my daughter.
So I request that he be deported for faking asylum. And if he has really married someone or intending to marry as told by my father-in-law , I want to file case against both of them as well deport my husband back to his home. Bigamy is a criminal offense in India as well USA.

Also, my husband can tell you about 10-15 fake asylees ,some of them being from his native village Daska , Punjab , India. And those from my in-laws village are from same street, just went to USA different years. Nobody has real life threat as they all are taking advantage of khalistani situation and they buy letter from Simranjeet Singh Maan for about one lakh or more. His cousin brother Simerjeet Singh was also a fake asylee but somehow got his case granted.

It is not that I have any grudge against my husband. But being from Sikh family, I believe in one marriage only. If my husband claims to be Khalistani, then how come he can abandon sikh customs and marry another woman while having a wife and child already.

I beg you all to help me in sending my husband back to India.
