Banks have suspense accounts for different purposes, such as deposits into wrong accounts or frozen accounts.

@JarkJ1 @ruffydfire Bank vault is the physical location where cash is kept in the bank. It has a general ledger (GL) account, which must be debitted to put money there. For instance, when you deposit cash in the bank, two entries are passed, debit to the vault account, and a credit to your account.
