@JeremyECrawford I'm just wondering how Boots of Elvenkind interact with Tremorsense, if a character is making no sound due to the boots, are they effectively hidden or unable to be perceived by Tremorsense?
@JeremyECrawford Can the Object rules on DMG pages 246-247 be used to sunder armour or destroy a weapon that an adversary is currently holding? Or are they purely for unworn/not carried objects?
One D&D city, two D&D books. Out this fall, these Waterdeep books tour life above and below the city’s streets. Each book stands on its own yet can be used with the other: “Dragon Heist” (levels 1–5 in the city) and “Dungeon of the Mad Mage” (levels 5–20 in Undermountain). #DnD
@quadhund@armando_doval@JeremyECrawford The reason I ask, is immunity to the effect is worded differently from the Ghosts HV, which specifically states "this Ghost" rather than "the Banshee's HV". The way it reads for me is "you are immune to HV from any creature using the Banshee stat block for 24hrs". Am I correct?
@JeremyECrawford If I pass the save for a Banshee's Horrifying Visage, am I immune only to that specific Banshee for the next 24 hours or am I immune to any Banshee using it? If there were multiple in an encounter, can they just continue using it until the party eventually fails?

@JeremyECrawford I can't find an answer, but does the specific rule of the reincarnate spell override the general rule of ability score maximum? A light foot halfling wizard, reincarnated into a forest gnome. Does swapping the racial feats allow the character to go beyond 20 Int?
