Some Hoosier schs are beginning 20-21 SY this week onsite/remote.

COVID-19 knows no state, county or sch. district boundaries. We need your help...😷

IN is just weeks from beginning sch, and @EducateIN Job Bank has 980 positions still open.

Looking at the hard-to-fill areas (math, spced, sci) & the sheer number of openings, I reflect on the last 15 yrs that got us here.

Supts, sch bds, assns, & health depts are working w/ Ts, staff, & parents on local reentry.

With start of July/Aug & COVID trend data, more conversations & plan adjustments are expected.

Schs cannot & should not be bullied from DC into ignoring safety concerns. Not helpful.
