I used to be a loyal @porterairlines customer, but this experience was unacceptable. Paying extra for Porter Reserve felt pointless, and I won’t be flying with Porter again.

Very disappointed with @porterairlines ground service at YYZ. Bought a Porter Reserve fare and went to the priority check-in line, but the agent ignored me for 5 minutes, chatting with coworkers. Only after I stood at the counter did he acknowledge me—without even a greeting.
