As a younger man, its very easy to focus on money, but really all that matters is slowly getting better. It sounds obviously/repetitive, but its a reminder to my self
500 shadow boxing jabs , then 500 with a 2lb dumbbell, fully extended, shoulder covering your jaw, fist turned over, other hand covering your chin, in front of a mirror, FULLY RE-TRACTING the jab, then 500 catching, slipping, and to the body, It is very hard to beat someone who loves doing the basics EVERYDA500 shadowboxing jabs.
Then 500 more with a 2 lb dumbbell.
Fully extended. Shoulder covering your jaw. Fist turned over. Other hand covering your chin. In front of a mirror.
Fully retract every jab.
Then 500 catching, slipping, and going to the body.
It is very hard to beat someone who loves doing the basics every day.
Not because it is fun. Not because it is exciting. Not because it is boring.
Because they just do it without thinking

One of the many things boxing taught me was that every man has a fighting chance, anybody can knock you out with a sucker punch, even if your the most dangerous fighter in the world, i translate that into business, anybody with the right mindset/skills is dangerous,
One thing I think about is if someone high up in the universe watched your entire life as a movie, ON MUTE, and only witnessed your actions

Man, I’m really worried about consumers.
Not everyone’s tech savvy enough to know this ad is completely AI, and they’re not actually showing the product they’re selling.
AI ads are going to really take advantage of people.
