@HEITAIs Odd because you could also use the D-Pad on the PS3 version as a fail safe I'm pretty sure. Same with making Mk 2's head go up and down etc.

@HEITAIs My conspiracy brain wonders if there's any resemblance to prototype controllers they wanted to make for MGS4. I forget where that was said but the desire to make their own controller was there before they saw how much it would cost.

@HEITAIs I think it's more that they didn't have a Bluepoint version to copy and paste from. The pressure sensitive buttons for the camera in the poly demo section would also require more in depth control reworking too. Document's lack of popularity too would make it a hard sell.

@chrisprice @RSolidSnake11 I thought they were fins because it's how it actually swims underwater and moves. Then in the final game they just stay static.

@HEITAIs @BadHumans @Arc_Hound Honestly I think the PS3 was more than enough of a hardware challenge for things like this. I wouldn't think GZ made it far enough on a portable concept, to have TPP effected.
