In no way will physical security ever go away. Although cybersecurity is at an all-time high of importance (and rightfully so), not every bad actor is a techie.
Intrusion detection a loss prevention of physical assets will always be a thing, no matter how good AI gets.
I can see technical maintenance on space infrastructure going the way of deep sea oil platforms.
Crews live on suborbital or mid orbital stations and perform maintenance on AOR specific infrastructures.
Would probably be a pretty high paying job.

@dominos How have you guys not created an ad spot about the "DoughJo". Fake American parody of a martial arts (think Rex Qwon Do) where they center their chi before chopping pizzas in half.
Pair it with a discount, idk.
Seems to be an opportunity in plain sight.
I'd buy.
I'm at such a weird time in my life...
My career is coming to a close in a couple years, but I have an idea that I want to try NOW that I believe is worth pursuing.
But I can't because I deploy. So I HAVE to wait.
@PeterDiamandis I think interplanetary trade itself will prove interesting. Earth goods (at least in the short term) will be a premium standard until efficient refinement of resources from other planets can be developed.
Finding the right lane to work in is a tough one. I want so bad to be full tech, but the problem I want to solve (right now, niched down) is not a tech problem.
Itโs a service problem, and one that software cannot solve.
The cool part? The actual problem is my first love.
@Apple I know Iโm not the only person who likes falling asleep with the TV on. What are the chances of being able to link my Apple Watch to my Apple TV (maybe through native device settings), which will turn the TV off when the Watch determines I am asleep?
