"Selos" (2023) was taken down after a copyright claim for sampling elements of "Trouble Is A Friend" (2009) by Lenka.

Sampling differs from interpolations & covers/parodies, and requires many clearances by law. Today, we explore similar cases in OPM of music copyright. (1/n)

Preliminary investigation into the JAL 516 & JCG 722A crash at Haneda on Jan 2, 2024.

We obtained the tower audio logs and pieced together the rough timeline of what happened.

The primary cause of the accident appears to be ATC failure, and subsequent pilot error.
