@FeserEdward This seems like this is a wait-and-see, situation. It all depends on what happens. Yeah, sure, the rhetoric and justifications from the Trump administration could be better and more articulate for the academics, but it's politics and needs a broad appeal. So, I'm going to wait.

I don't like it when the current administration claims they lowered gas prices when it's winter. Gas prices are ALWAYS lower during winter no matter who's president. Watch it rise as summer or even spring begins.
