@VZWSupport I have ordered two new ones. Verizon has twice missed my address leading to the phone not being deliverable. Phone is on back order so there is a 3 week lag with each turn. Current solution offered is for me to drive across town to pick up a phone I don't want.

Not only does @HomeDepot sell @Samsung appliances that don't work, (and won't replace them) they also scratch your floors and break water valves when they come to remove them! Please people - find somewhere else to buy appliances!
