@airfrance If my missing baggage has still not been recovered by the Airline after 21 days, I can file a claim seeking compensation for items inside baggage. Is it necessary to submit receipts for the items that were inside my missing baggage?
Montreal Convention doesn't say so!

@AirFranceUK It's been 6 weeks, neither has my baggage been returned to me, nor have you been able to trace it. Now today, my claim for essentials was rejected citing that it has been more than 21 days since my baggage has been returned to me.

To this date, my delayed baggage hasn't been delivered to me. Check your facts.

It's been more than a week since @AirFranceUK lost my baggage at @ParisAeroport. No concrete updates or action by @airfrance customer care. Do something asap !
