@Uber_India@Uber_Support horrible service! While some of your drivers are polite, some make me question is it even safe to ride on your goodwill? This has not happened once, twice, but multiple times! One your drivers but only yelled at me but also hung up in anger! Reach out!

One of your drivers started by yelling at me while I was already at my location and then asked me to cancel just because he was at the wrong turn! And in return hung up the call in anger! How is one supposed to feel safe?
@Olacabs not only one of your auto drivers yelled at me while I talked to him politely, refereed to him as “Sir”, he also said and I quote “Agar pata nahi chalta th book kyu karte ho” and hung up on me. I’m doubtful if I’m safe with such services. These are the contact details:

@AmazonHelp Ma’am, what you’re not realising is that I tried contacting the support team, through the link, I didn’t get any response (fyi, I can read). Neither was I able to request for a refund when tried. Shall I translate the same to a more convenient language for both our benefits?
