Very disappointed with @SephoraIndia’s delivery service! My order was supposed to be delivered on 15th October, but it’s still showing as packed with no updates whatsoever. Sharing screenshots with the order ID and dates. Please look into this and resolve it ASAP! @Sephora

@marksandspencer Extremely disappointed with order. Fit completely wrong, I raised a query immediately after receiving it. The quality is also very poor, not what I expect from Marks & Spencer at all. Please arrange a return and provide a resolution urgently. Order ID: 2006627725
