The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said

إِنَّهُ مَنْ قَامَ مَعَ الإِمَامِ يعنى في رمضان حَتَّى يَنْصَرِفَ كُتِبَ لَهُ قِيَامُ لَيْلَةٍ

Verily, whoever stands for prayer in Ramaḍān with the Imām until he is finished, it will be recorded as if he prayed the entire night.

ہائی بلڈ پریشر، سیلاب کی مانند ہے ، پانی اتر تو جاتا ہے لیکن تباہی ہو چکی ہوتی ہے۔ یہ ہارٹ اٹیک اور فالج اور دیگر بیماریوں کی بڑی وجہ ہے ۔
(1) احتیاط:- لائف سٹائل بدلیں: تمباکو نوشی بالکل نہیں، ایکسرسائز اہم ترین، کھانے میں احتیاط بالخصوص نمک سے پرہیز ؛ جتنا نمک ہمیں چاہیئے ہوتا ہے وہ پہلے ہی کھانے میں ہوتا ہے۔اوپر سے ڈالنے کی بالکل ضرورت نہیں۔
(2) اگر بلڈ پریشر کی ادویات لے رہے ہیں تو ایک بھی ناغہ خطرناک ہو سکتا ہے۔

اہم نوٹ :: ہائی بلڈ پریشر (مثلا 180/120)، ایک میڈیکل ایمرجنسی ہے ۔کوئی گھریلو ٹوٹکہ نہیں ۔فورا ہسپتال رپورٹ کریں۔
