@JosephLumbard Very astute observation. Colonization also causes us to re construct meaning of words that previously meant something totally different. Shura becomes democracy, ilm becomes science etc
@TheUsuli That is surprising. There is a lot to use to address contemporary issues ie. hierarchy /division of sciences, questions relating to soul, brain, body etc
@VPrasadMDMPH Problem is that many weed smokers who think they are healthy often have emphysematous lungs. This makes them susceptible to chronic cavitary aspergillosis.
@jjinjjani@husnayn_ I say this because others like @mashshai have spoken about ibn taymiyyahs mystical approach (as opposed to rational/demonstrative approach) to establishing God’s existence more akin to the sufis
@mkhanpasha Zabardast. Also the reference to “ham” gives a communal feeling to the second line. Ie. those Brahmins and ascetics who find god in sanctuary vs we who find god in the sanctuary of the heart
@HashUrTag@Armour_02@brethrenfpurity Bhai, the sareeh words are not always sareeh in meaning. When the Quran says “don’t eat pig” that has a sareeh meaning. When the Quran says “He does what He wills” the meaning is not sareeh. You have to interpret the meaning of the latter verse
@HashUrTag You are confusing qati nusus with your dhanni interpretation of the nusus. Your extrapolations of Gods voluntarism from the Quran are not qati but based on dhann.
@ThomasSowell Except when it comes to sports when said immigrants who despise western values win soccer championships and accolades for their newly adopted (yet hated) countries.
