"Tired of going to the Supreme Court again and again, I don't feel there is any use of going to the Supreme Court, I have lost trust,"- Sr Adv Kapil Sibal.
"We go to the Court, but I don't know if we will get any relief. The people of the country feel that this Government should go. If anybody can save the Constitution in these times, it is the Supreme Court of India. But I am tired of keeping on going to the Supreme Court. I am speaking for myself. I don't think there is any use of going there. I don't have much trust in the Supreme Court of India. Whatever has to happen, will happen."
"We told the Supreme Court many times that the voters' names are being wrongly deleted and wrongly included, we argued for months. The evidence is before the public. And the appellate tribunals now say 93% of the voters were wrongly removed. So the Supreme Court must have known. But no relief was given. So I am speaking for myslef, I don't have [faith]" - @KapilSibal says.
The Bombay Lawyers Association has condemned unconstitutional restrictions on public protests and individual movement by governments and demanded immediate removal.
“By imposing undeclared emergency, it reminds us of emergency days,” the resolution states.

TCS's involvement in ECINet came to light only through the company's own corporate disclosures; not through anything the ECI disclosed.
A private corporation was editing a statutory voter registration form on a government portal, and Parliament was never told.
Under the RP Act 1950, even the ECI cannot alter Form 6 without the Law Ministry; so on whose authority was TCS modifying it?
The ECI owes the country a full audit trail: every change, every timestamp, every name that authorised it.

Why is it always me?
Whatever I do seems to become a controversy. From day one until today, even the simplest things become an issue. If I eat a burger, it’s an issue. If I cut my hair, it’s an issue. Every personal choice I make seems to be questioned and judged.
Sometimes I wonder is it because I am a woman, or because I belong to a particular community?
When it comes to me, I have no idea where the feminists and those who claim to stand up for women disappear.
Women in politics are not characterless or any less deserving of respect. Being a woman in public life does not give anyone the right to judge her based on her appearance, lifestyle, or personal choices.
Every woman has her own dignity, self-respect, and right to live her life on her own terms.
Beyond the position of Mayor, please remember to respect the woman.
Justitce Krishna Murari was a Supreme Court Judge when two cases against the Ambani "Vantara" were heard by him. Both case resulted in verdicts in favour of Vantara
Three years down the line...... Murari now serves as an independent voting member of Vantara’s Governing Council.
Lawyers’ Association for Constitution writes to CJI Surya Kant raising concerns over the “out-of-turn” listing of a plea arising from strictures against the Noida District Magistrate and the muting of live proceedings during its hearing
The letter flags that the petitioner, a public servant, is the daughter of the Chief Election Commissioner of India and alleges that the matter was specially assigned to a particular Bench despite the prevailing roster

We spent months investigating the inner working of the EC.
What we found: the majority of the Commission, kept in the dark for almost a year.
Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi objected on record at least 14 times in 10 months, FOUR times on a single day, to decisions taken in the Commission's name without their knowledge.
Here is what they flagged:
