It’s unbelievable that after nearly 3 YEARS, @agoda (#Agoda) has STILL not resolved a payment that was deducted for a booking that NEVER even generated a confirmation, ticket, or booking ID.
Customer care? Useless and Blocked behind automated scripts.
This isn’t just poor service anymore — it feels like systemic negligence toward customers. I’ve now escalated the matter to the Grievance Officer AND senior leadership.
