@easyJet will i be reimbursed taxi costs to get to the airport? I want to get my girls home and I also have a job to go to. Am i supposed to just not turn up for 3 days? I was not given a straight answer for being able to book with another airline tomorrow either?

@easyJet so have been told that i can only fly back on Wednesday from bham or can travel to Manchester or London on Tuesday......i have 2 children with me (5 months and 2 years) with 2 suitcases and a bag, how are these solutions reasonable? furthermore......

@easyJet absolutely shocked and so upset right now. Waited 1 hour to speak to customer service following our bham to Geneva flight being cancelled. we actually travelled to the airport because it was still scheduled until 1h20mins before departure and you have no desk there?!

i'm now further shocked after finally getting through after 1 hour to be offered a flight on Wednesday! Otherwise I can travel across the country to London to fly on Tuesday with my 5 month and 2 year old children. Utterly disappointed, that should go down well with my boss.....

i need to rebook my flight but the website has been down also and now my cancelled flight not visible. i have 2 children (5 months and 2 years) travelling with me and need to know how we can get home.....would appreciate better customer service than this......

hi, i'm waiting to speak to someone at your call centre.....currently 50 minutes in the queue when you suggest a waiting time of 15-20mins during busy periods! my flight from bham to Geneva was cancelled today when i got to the airport and via text only 1h20 mins before scheduled
