Wonder why we conveniently forget that the game to get @ImranKhanPTI was set in the last quarter of 2021, when he resisted to replace General Faiz as DGISI.

The tragic irony is that the most ambitious, scoop‑driven journalism is often self defeating. The more a reporter reveals about a sensitive negotiation, the less likely that negotiation is to succeed and the fewer future scoops there will be, because sources will clamp down. Constructive ambiguity is not a plot to deceive the public; it is a proven technique for making peace possible in the presence of deep distrust. When journalists treat it as a puzzle to be solved or a secret to be exposed, they risk turning a bridge into rubble. So yes, they can sabotage and destroy opportunities and confidential channels. Not because they are evil, but because the logic of breaking news and the logic of peacemaking run on opposite tracks. One rewards clarity and speed; the other requires patience and productive vagueness. A wise journalist covering a peace process learns to distinguish between what the public needs to know and what the process needs to survive. That distinction is the difference between a scoop that illuminates and a scoop that destroys.
In the fog of shuttle diplomacy, rumors are multiplying faster than verified facts. One iron principle must guide public understanding: nothing is agreed until everything is agreed and signed. Facilitators are carrying proposals, testing formulas, and exploring trade‑offs but none of these interim steps constitute a final deal. A tentative nod on maritime access does not unlock sanctions relief; a constructive conversation on verification does not seal a nuclear accord. Until the entire package is negotiated, written, and witnessed, everything remains provisional. Misinformation thrives when partial concessions are mistaken or presented for final commitments. So let the facilitators do their tedious work, let the backchannels remain active, and let the talking points circulate. But hold judgment until the signatures are dry. Only then is anything truly agreed. Spreading falsehood is not a breaking story.
Every rumor about a breakthrough or a breakdown is fuel and a tool for spoilers. They don't need to plant lies; they just need to amplify uncertainty. Spot the pattern, question the source, and remember: in peace diplomacy, the silence of the backchannel is more trustworthy than the noise of the newsfeed. Spoilers are so desperate that algorithms will soon begin to amplify attacks on the facilitators. That is a deliberate spoiler act. Spot it. Call it out. And keep your eyes on the only thing that matters: the final, signed text.
The Rising Tide Of Online Misogyny In Pakistan https://t.co/sagcOoU6c3

As I have been saying since 11th April that peace building is a process & zero trust has turned into trust thru diplomatic rope.
#IslamabadTalks2 was writing on wall. Let’s hope & pray that #Pakistan is able to help conclude #peace facilitation
Sadly I took the lead in breaking this story. But just for being a Pakistani won’t get any credit even from our own people. Yet no regrets. Thanks for acknowledging. Stay blessed and happy.
A huge shout out & appreciation for @CMShehbaz CDS-FM Asim Munir @MIshaqDar50 and his team at @ForeignOfficePk under @amnabaloch4
Thank u for ur untiring efforts that had brought world back from brink of WW3.
Thank u for giving warring parties a strong diplomatic rope & trust
No agreement YET in Islamabad peace talks. But instead of forcing a deadlock, both sides have agreed to a strategic pause. This is not a walkout, not a breakdown, not an expression of failure of the process. Time to recalibrate, consult, and the work continues. Relationship between the two historic adversaries is much better than it was 24 hours ago. A pause is not failure, it’s the discipline of serious diplomacy. The process remains intact with trust expressed by all sides. Everyone remains engaged to find solutions.
Inaccurate Sir. No agreement YET in the Pakistan negotiations. But instead of forcing a deadlock, both sides have agreed to a strategic pause. This is not a walkout, not a breakdown, not an expression of mistrust. Time to recalibrate, consult, and possibly return soon with clearer paths forward. A pause is not failure, it’s the discipline of serious diplomacy.
Never forget or forgive #Minab#Iran we know & feel ur pain in bones having gone thru #APS

May the blood of young Minab Martyrs bloom white flowers of #Peace#IslamabadTalks#PakistanZindabad
A humble suggestion as Islamabad prepares to host US-Iran talks: Pakistan should stay true to its role as a neutral facilitator — nothing more, nothing less. Let our officials avoid any media briefings. Let the Americans and Iranians speak for themselves when they're ready. Pakistan's strength lies in building bridges, not stealing the spotlight.
Neutrality and hostility are not the same thing. Pakistan doesn't need to pick sides in the Gulf tensions or the broader regional storm—we must stay a sincere seeker of peace. Our 'friends-to-all' policy isn't weakness; it's wisdom.!/3
