I explore the intersection of health tech, business, and psychology. Cleared my chronic skin issues by tracking what I ate. Now building the tool I wish I had!
I spent years dealing with chronic skin issues. Doctors gave me creams. Google gave me conflicting advice. Nothing worked until I started writing down what I ate.
Within weeks I found foods triggering my flares. My skin cleared up.

The product person in me just couldn't be happy with the current skin form. So many things which can be optimized here.
Making some detours in the plan. Initialize Posthog from Week 1.

Spotted my first bug today. You can log symptoms for future dates on Trace, that's not how it works.
Fixing it tomorrow. Did you guys spot anything wrong? Feel free to tag me.
The skin log form is live. If you have chronic skin issues and suspect food is triggering flares, this is being built for you.
Still rough. But it works.

Went from zero to a live URL today.
Building Trace, a food & symptom journal for chronic skin conditions.

Building in public. Follow along!

Not a diagnosis tool. Not medical advice. Just a structured way to do what I did, but faster and smarter.
I'm building this from scratch. No CS degree. Learning as I go. Shipping publicly every week.
I'll be posting daily updates: the wins, the bugs, the ugly screenshots!

The method was simple. But doing it consistently in a notebook, with no structure was brutal. Most people quit after a few days.
So, I'm building Trace. A daily journal for people with chronic skin conditions that tracks food, symptoms, sleep, and stress.
@aiandchai This stuff is so undervalued. Much better than spending 10 weeks on a course only to figure out that you went down the rabbit hole of tutorial hell.
Agents are not ChatGPT with plugins. They’re more like digital organisms:
Brain = reasoning model
Hands = tools/APIs
Nervous system = orchestration + memory
Body = deployment, so it can act in the real world
Magic isn’t in the parts, it’s in the closed loop.
AI is shifting from answering questions --> achieving goals. The future isn’t “better chatbots,” it’s autonomous agents that think, act, observe & iterate. PMs must learn to design delegation, safety & evaluation, not just prompts.

If only you could put a number to the value of your life, you would be amazed to see how small and insignificant everything else becomes in retrospect.
Spending time on making the decision right is equally important compared to making the right decision. Only if we could get it right. No situation is as good or bad as it seems to us! Make it count, wherever you are :)
