Have been making rounds to apply for EWS certificate but due to absence of Magistrate Madam in charge of Jorhat municipality I m not able to get the proof of permanent residence.she went on a leave not even giving charge to anybody else.

Kindly look into the matter in urgent basis as the last date of my admission to medical courses is approaching soon and I am afraid I won't be able to apply.
Please inform the Jorhat Municipality to act on it

Respected CM sir is coming up on TV every night to remind the eligible people to apply for EWS certificate and telling people how easy it is to apply. But it's still big hurdle for the poeple due to sheer negligence of authorities of Jorhat
