@jet2tweets would have thought Jet 2 would disregard major health and safety concerns putting holiday makers at risk at one of their hotels, that apparently Jet2 staff had completed full due diligence on in the manner they have. Extremely poor customer service.

@SixbyNico can you explain why it’s been over 30 hours and still no call back? Although promised within the hour at 12pm yesterday, regarding why you charged for 4 people and only provided food for 2 people without the wine?!
