I am a retired attorney who handled hundreds of criminal cases, and it is clear to me that Lindsay Clancy was criminally responsible. In my view, the prosecution proved that responsibility beyond a reasonable doubt.
She planned this. She sent her husband on errands—takeout and a pharmacy stop—after checking how long the trip would take, creating a window of time alone in the house. Then she used exercise bands to strangle her three children in the basement: five-year-old Cora, three-year-old Dawson, and eight-month-old Callan. The children were found with the bands still around their necks.
After that, she cut her wrists and neck and jumped from a second-story window. As a labor-and-delivery nurse, she knew enough about anatomy and first aid to understand that those cuts were not a reliable way to die. The jump left her paralyzed from the waist down. That sequence looks less like an impulsive collapse and more like an attempt to stage a suicide after the killings.
The journals and medication logs do not undo the planning. Investigators recovered pill bottles and notebooks. Her then-husband testified about what she actually took. The prosecution’s case was that the written record of medicines and symptoms was not a complete or reliable account of what she ingested that day, and that her conduct—mapping the errands, isolating the children, and carrying out three separate ligature strangulations—showed knowledge and purpose, not an inability to understand what she was doing.
Your article was garbage. It treated a contested mental-state defense as if it erased the evidence of deliberation the Commonwealth put before the jury. A hung jury is not an acquittal, and it is not proof that she lacked criminal responsibility. @StealthIntelOps
Dear Heavenly Father,
Please remove @GovernorLittle from office.
He is coward, afraid of truth.
He is a thief, redistributing our $ to ILLEGALS.
He is a liar, claiming to be conservative.
He is corrupt, ignoring the People.
Return righteousness and Truth to our land!
-Amen.

I'm suing California...
California has decided to push for less transparency and create laws that penalize citizens and journalists for looking into potential fraud inside "immigration support services providers." A written demand is all it takes to stop the publishing of a video in California.
Enough is enough.
🇮🇱 Archaeologists say they finally found the lost city where Jesus fed the five thousand
Ten years of digging on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, and this summer the ground finally gave it up. Coins, makeup tools, Roman walls, and half a carved column that once decorated a public building.
Then came the oil lamps. Three of them in a single day out of one patch of dirt, and that style was only ever made in Jerusalem before the year 70.
Find those and you have proof that Jewish families were living right there while Jesus walked the region.
This is Bethsaida. The Gospels put the feeding of the five thousand here and the healing of a blind man. Peter, Andrew and Philip called it home.
The dig director calls it the last lost city of the Gospels, and after a decade of pulling artifacts out of it, he says nothing they have found argues against it.

@SarahHuckabee
Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, I am sitting at Arkansas Children’s Hospital with my 2-year-old son, Turner, and I can literally see the State Capitol from his hospital window. We will be here until Sunday at the earliest, and possibly longer if things do not go the way we hope. His doctors are telling us that even when Turner is stable enough to leave the hospital, he needs significant support to keep him safe at home. That support is available through Arkansas’s CES Waiver, but Turner cannot access it because he is sitting on the waiting list.
I have tried countless times to set up a meeting with you and have been turned down every time. So this time, I am asking you to come to us. Please come visit Turner and me at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Come see for yourself how sick he is. Let me tell you what it is like to have a 2-year-old with a rare, progressive neurodegenerative disease and severe epilepsy, and what it is like to be told that your child needs more support to safely live at home while also being told that the state support meant for children like him is unavailable because of a waiting list.
Let me tell you what this is doing to our family too. I am missing work right now because my child is hospitalized. I miss work for appointments, hospital stays, seizures, therapies, illnesses, and all of the things that come with raising a medically complex child. I am exactly where I need to be, beside my son, but families cannot keep being expected to absorb lost income while also being denied the very supports that could help keep their children safe at home.
Governor Sanders, I am not asking you to read another report about the CES Waiver waitlist. I am asking you to come meet one of the children sitting on it. Turner is an Arkansas child, and he needs help now, not years from now. Please come see him, sit with us for a few minutes, and let me tell you what his doctors are saying he needs when he goes home. I want you to see for yourself what this waiting list actually looks like for a family living it.

If we are now performing open-heart surgery on babies in the womb, then they are certainly PATIENTS. All patients have rights, and abortion seeks to intentionally kill my patients.
HEALTHCARE includes life-saving surgeries on the preborn.
Abortion is NOT healthcare.

Hey mormons, who re-elected Brad Little, here he is appointing an abortion advocate judge to replace abortion advocate Winmill.
In a *Christian* state, may God hold you guilty of your wicked decision.
