TechCrunch published an unfavorable article about @11x_official yesterday. My thoughts below:
In short, I think the article reads like a hit piece and the accusations it makes are weak at best. It basically says:
- We were disorganized when it comes to maintaining the assets on our marketing site
- We have multiple measures of ARR, some of which are more optimistic than others
- Our team works hard; we’re in the office from 9am-8pm (or later) on most days
None of these things are unusual for a hyper-growth startup in a competitive space.
The one accusation that stands out is the claim that our investors are considering legal action against us. This has been flatly denied by @joeschmidtiv from a16z and @sarahtavel from Benchmark. It’s very disappointing that TC would publish something this serious without doing more due diligence.
On the whole, I’m proud of what we’re building here at 11x and energized by the article - it just confirms that we are in the lead.
Great week at SaaStr meeting founders and leaders from so many great companies! Honored to have the opportunity to take the stage with leaders from @NotionHQ@SlackHQ@MuleSoft@OpenAI. Special thanks for @JohnGleeson10 & @jasonlk for organizing the first ever CCO track 🚀
@ATTHelp I’m in Toronto and have not been able to use any data and calls only intermittently since around 9pm ET yesterday. Is there a restoration timeline to the outage?

Respond to this tweet with a business idea.
I will tell you what i like about the idea, what worries me, and if I'd take an investor meeting.
I can tell in 280 characters whether an idea is good or bad and why.
Hopefully you find it helpful.
Shoutout @immad for the inspo.
Companies are cutting CS teams because they don't know what unique outcomes they should drive—but eliminating CS entirely kneecaps your growth engine.

Excited to partner with @morrisseyjoe and the @a16z team to put this body of work out there to help founders evaluate their customer success challenges and model that great CS teams can do for B2B SaaS companies
Customer success orgs as we know them today are broken, but that doesn't mean they can't be fixed. My colleague Mark Regan and I, along w/ @abbashaiderali, explore how to identify a broken CS org, fix it, and unlock post-sales revenue: https://t.co/6BUbNhbRTk
Very sad news in the networking world today, as many people now know, Vijay Gill passed away suddenly today. He had a huge impact on the industry and will be missed dearly. RIP my friend.
Interviewing and hiring managers is really hard.
It’s hard for all the reasons that interviewing and hiring engineers is hard, times 10. It’s easy to give answers that sound decent; it’s harder to evaluate their judgment or dexterity in applying an answer to a situation.
