أول يوم في شهر الرحمة،
وفي آخر ساعات النهار،
إبن يُرتل القرآن عند قبر أبيه الذي انتظره لعشر سنين ولكنه لم يعد...
رحل عنه وهو طفلٌ صغير، والآن هو شابٌ يافع بقلبٍ مكسور...
أي ألم، بل أي وجع يحمله هذا القلب؟!!

In Feb 2020, this callous policy also contributed to the premature death from cancer of former political prisoner Sayed Kadhem Abbas, who, despite complaining severe headaches, vomiting and loss of consciousness, had been left without specialist treatment for months in 2018.
